B.M.C offers a broad range of services that can be tailored to there or you specific needs including, a fully encompassing service incorporating design, fabrication, installation and maintenance, electrical and instrumentation works, high voltage specialties, transformer refurbishment and maintenance, welding of high pressure pipe work and structural steel, laser coupling alignment, heat treatment and hydro testing, mechanical works, labour and equipment to support an existing workforce, high quality management, supervision and tradespeople on demand - all at competitive rates. The company works with a huge range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, copper and nickel to name a few.

B.M.C offers customers a 24hour/day, 7 day/week breakdown and maintenance service to ensure plant and equipment is kept running efficiently at all times.

Our head office in Morwell has a workshop floor space of 2500sqm, with overhead cranes and 2 acres of hardstand yard. This workshop now contains our High Voltage, Electrical & Instrumentation group and is fitted with redundant bunding systems for our transformer refurbishment activities and testing equipment.

The second workshop has a floor area of 3200sqm and 3 20 tonne overhead cranes with a clearance of 11 meters under the hook, as well as 5 acres of hardstand yard where lifts of up to 200 tonne have been performed. Here we do pipe spooling fabrication work, large structural fabrications, vessels, tanks, heat exchangers and conveyor drive units.
